I have to get my pens for an event; can you guarantee that I will receive them?

We will make every effort to get your products to you for your special event. Please indicate the date of the event on your purchase order and call 888-PenOutlet (888-736-6885) to confirm the delivery time.

What is your return policy?

Please call us at 888-PenOutlet (888-736-6885) in order to receive return information.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted prior approval.
Authorized returns must be made within 30 days from the time the order was received.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
Authorized merchandise returns will be credited only for the actual quantity received by PenOutlet.com.

How do you ship?

Unless an account number is given, PenOutlet.com will choose the best and most economical shipping method.
Shipping dates should allow for time from the factory to the destination.
PenOutlet.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Insurance and handling is added to all shipments.
Please call for prices on special packaging.

When will I get my order?

Product delivery is approximately 10-12 business days. We will make every effort to assist you in getting your products by the time you need them. See below for rush orders.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush Orders Can be shipped within three business days (not including the day the order was placed). Add $52, no product proofs are available. Call for availability

Expedited Orders We will try to get your products to you on time. Whenever possible, we will process orders in 7 10 business days at no extra charge. Please call for availability. For guaranteed delivery dates air shipping must be authorized.

Do you offer different color ink?

We do offer both blue and black ink on all pens. $0.08 per pen will added to each order for blue ink except the University which is available in both blue or black ink at no additional charge.

Imprinting

What colors do you offer?

Stock colors are black, gold, white, silver, red, blue and green. Gold, white and silver look best on dark colors and red, blue, and green look best on light colors.

What are your charges?

Custom Logos Add $25. Logos that are standard or nationally recognized are supplied at no extra charge.

Copy Changes - $15 per artwork

PMS Color Match - $20 per color

Change of Imprint Color - $15 per color (charge will apply to assorted color pen orders with more than one imprint color).

Do you offer two-color imprinting?

Minimum of 1000 products required. Second color imprint add $0.15 per piece and an additional $25 logo charge. Not available on all products. Please call 888-PenOutlet (888-736-6885) for more information.

Can I have my pen imprinted in two different places?

Yes there will be an additional charge of $.23 per pen for a second imprint.

Laser Engraving

What type of pen is this available on?

This is available on metal pens only. Please look at the product description or call us.

What styles are available?

Engraving styles are Times New Roman, Helvetica, and Commercial Script.

Do you do single pen personalization?

Please add .75 per pen. We are not responsible for errors on the disc supplied.

Do you engrave logos?

Please add $50 for camera-ready art there might be additional charges for custom logos.

Artwork

How can I send over art work?

Please either upload on Web site when you order or email it to us at logos@penoutlet.com. Please include your order number, file name, and contact information.

Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw for PC and MAC.
Must be black & white vector art with text converted to curves.
All trademarks and labels must be included.

Could I get a proof of my artwork?

We will charge $10 for every proof.

Is your Web site secure?

Is my information private?

At PenOutlet.com we value your privacy. We will never sell or rent our customer information to any third party. Your information will be used to process your orders and to inform you of special offers. If for any reason you do not wish to receive information please email a customer services representative at customersupport@penoutlet.com and we will immediately take you off of the list.
